Bobbins for the CS7000X
Brother's CS7000X consumables list names SA156 bobbins, 11.5 mm (7/16") in height, sold in packs of 10. It also lists the SABOBCLIP set, which is 10 bobbins with clips that keep the thread from unwinding (Brother CS7000X consumables). The CS7000X uses Brother's quick-set bobbin system. Needles for the CS7000X
Brother specifies home sewing machine needles in sizes 65/9 to 100/16 for the CS7000X (Brother needle guide for CS7000X):

For decorative stitches on lightweight and medium fabrics, Brother recommends a 90/14 ball point needle. For transparent nylon thread, it recommends a home sewing machine topstitching needle whatever the fabric. Brother also recommends thread from 30 to 90 weight. Presser feet and accessories
The CS7000X comes with ten feet: zigzag foot, buttonhole foot, zipper foot, button sewing foot, overcasting foot, blind stitch foot, monogramming foot, walking foot, quilting foot and 1/4" foot. It also comes with a quilt guide, needle set, ball point needle, twin needle, three bobbins, the detachable wide table and a hard protective cover (Brother CS7000X product page).
