I do love my task light it works very well. I mounted on top of the Machine Head because I wanted the area left of the presser foot free for my quilting. An hour after I used it the light had fallen off to the work table. So now I leave it standing straight up and it's fine. If there's any solution for this please share.

We did want to help with the base coming loose, because it should stay securely mounted during normal use. The NanoBond™ tape ring on the bottom is designed to be removable and reusable. One thing we've found is that even a small amount of oil, lint, dust, or other residue on the mounting surface can keep it from getting a strong bond.

We recommend cleaning the mounting area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol, allowing it to dry completely, and then reattaching the base with firm pressure. The NanoBond™ tape ring itself can also be washed with water to help restore its grip as needed.

Items arrived quickly and were put to use the same day. I am a Longarm quilter and go through a lot of rotary blade. Sharpening them doesn’t help much do I prefer to replace when the dullness affect my quality of work.
