SMARTER BY PFAFF 140s Mechanical Sewing Machine

The SMARTER BY PFAFF™ 140s is a straightforward mechanical machine: 21 stitches up to 6 mm wide, a four-step buttonhole and an integrated needle threader. PFAFF includes five presser feet, an edge guide and a hard cover, and its seven-point feed dogs support the fabric on all sides of the needle.

Can I lower or cover the feed dogs for free-motion sewing? Yes. While the feed dogs do not drop internally, the machine allows you to quickly snap on a darning plate or drop the mechanism manually inside the free arm assembly, giving you freehand control over your fabric for manual repair or darning work.
