90/14 – Fine Threads (50–60 wt)
Detail work, minimal hole size
100/16 – Everyday (40–50 wt)
Most common all-purpose size
110/18 – Heavier Threads
Better over seams & denser quilting
120/19 – Thick Quilting
For 30–40 wt threads
130/21 – Thickest Threads

When to Change Size
• Skipped stitches → go UP one size
