Gammill Encoder Wheel – Aluminum Drive Wheel (O-Ring Mount)

The Gammill Encoder Wheel is the aluminum drive wheel used in the encoder system on Gammill longarm quilting machines. This wheel is the component that the rubber encoder O-ring mounts to, allowing the encoder to track machine movement for accurate stitch regulation.

As the machine moves across the quilting frame, the O-ring contacts the encoder wheel, allowing the encoder to measure movement and maintain consistent stitch length. If the encoder wheel becomes worn, damaged, or loose, it can affect stitch regulation accuracy.

Replacing the encoder wheel helps restore proper encoder function and ensures the stitch regulator system tracks machine movement correctly.

Note: The set screw used to secure the encoder wheel is sold separately.
