BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THREADWORKS®. PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY.

1. SPONSOR

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Laurastar, Shopify, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any other third-party company.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on June 16, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Arizona Time and ends on July 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Arizona Time ("Promotion Period").

Sponsor's server clock shall be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Void where prohibited, restricted, taxed, licensed, bonded, or otherwise regulated by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Method 1 – Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers who complete a qualifying purchase on ThreadWorks.com will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for each completed order.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise determined by Sponsor to be invalid may be disqualified.

Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand print the following information on a plain 3" x 5" card:

• Full Legal Name
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Date of Birth

Mail the completed card in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before July 16, 2026 and received by July 23, 2026.

One entry per envelope.

Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, bulk-mailed, automated, illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void.

5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, generated through automated means, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Giveaway.

Use of bots, scripts, sweepstakes services, AI-generated bulk entries, automated entry systems, or any similar technology is prohibited.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

Laurastar Lift+ Pink Ironing System

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $999.99 USD

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Prize is awarded "AS IS" without warranties except those provided by the manufacturer.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received.

Drawing is expected to occur on or about July 25, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be contacted using the information associated with the winning entry.

Potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days.

Failure to respond, inability to establish contact, failure to provide requested documentation, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

9. WINNER VERIFICATION

Potential winner may be required to complete:

• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release
• IRS Tax Documentation

Failure to complete requested documentation within the time provided may result in disqualification.

10. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes.

Sponsor reserves the right to require any tax forms necessary to comply with applicable law before prize delivery.

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, photograph, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation.

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, assigns, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action arising out of:

• Participation in the Giveaway
• Acceptance of the prize
• Possession or use of the prize
• Shipping, handling, or delivery of the prize
• Technical or administrative errors

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, stolen, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries
• Mail delivery failures
• Technical failures
• Website outages
• Internet interruptions
• Human error
• Unauthorized intervention
• Fraudulent activity
• Data corruption
• Computer viruses
• Force majeure events

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or modifications resulting from events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, labor disputes, governmental action, terrorism, war, internet failures, carrier disruptions, or acts of God.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if such events occur.

15. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Provides false information
• Attempts to tamper with the Giveaway
• Uses automated means of entry
• Engages in fraudulent conduct
• Acts in a manner detrimental to Sponsor

16. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, administrative errors, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

If terminated early, Sponsor may award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.

17. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration shall be conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona before a single arbitrator.

Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually.

Entrants waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding against Sponsor.

19. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that:

• Any damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
• Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Entrants waive claims for lost profits or business opportunities.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

23. WINNER LIST

To request the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within ninety (90) days following winner confirmation.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and entrants relating to the Giveaway and supersede any prior statements, representations, or communications regarding the Giveaway.
