This needle plate cover is a specialized accessory used for cap and hat embroidery on all Baby Lock multi-needle embroidery machines and all Brother PR series embroidery machines. When installed over the standard needle plate and used with a cap attachment or hat hoop, it provides a convex support surface that stabilizes the curved underside of caps. This improves stitch quality, thread control, and consistency during cap embroidery. Manufactured to OEM specifications for proper fit, alignment, and durability.
