Gammill Motor Brushes – 1/5 HP Motor (8014 & 8013)

Gammill Motor Brushes designed for machines equipped with the new style 1/5 HP motor. These carbon brushes are responsible for delivering electrical current to the motor armature, allowing the machine to run smoothly and maintain consistent power during quilting.

Over time, motor brushes wear down through normal use. Replacing them regularly helps prevent motor damage, loss of power, and excessive sparking. Changing worn brushes early can protect the motor and extend the life of your quilting machine.

Each brush measures approximately 5/8" long × 5/16" × 5/16", plus the spring length, and is manufactured to match the specifications used in Gammill’s updated motor design.
